Professor Choi, Chang-hwan of Material Sciences, and professor Han, Jae-duck recently gave an Invited Keynote Speech at the Scientific Innovation Series held by Choi, Jong-hyun Academy. Professors gave a speech about the "Future of Semi-conductor technology" and discussed it with professor Tsu-Jae King Liu, dean of UC Berkeley's College of Engineering, professor Sayeef Salahuddin of Electrocomputer Sciences of UC Berkeley.

Professor Choi mentioned the importance of 3rd-dimensional integration in "3D integration for beyond scaling", and also said the research result used 3rd-dimensional integration in logic-memory-photonic sensor system and logic-memory based neuromorphic system. The research was also presented in December 2020, at the IEDM, International Electron Devices Meeting, held by IEEE.

Professor Han, Jae-duck presented the research about "Applying Automated Circuit Design Methodologies to Advanced Semiconductor Technologies”, of the automated design method in system/memory semi-conductor process. The research was also presented at the "Design, Automation and Test in Europe Conference, Date" in Feb 2021.
