공과대학 글로벌 홍보대사(HISA) 3기를 모집합니다.

HISA(HYCE Int’l Student Ambassador)는 공과대학 소속 외국인 학생들이 학교에 잘 적응해 생활할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 공대 행정팀 산하 학생 단체입니다. 

1년간 홍보대사로 활동하며 다양한 행사를 기획하고 외국인 친구들과 교류할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것입니다.

 외국인 친구들과 즐거운 경험을 공유하고 싶은 학생들의 많은 관심과 지원 부탁드립니다.

[지원안내]

ㅇ모집 기간: 11월 18일(월) ~ 11월 29일(금) 24:00까지

ㅇ모집 대상: 2020년한 해 동안 성실히 활동 가능한 공과대학 소속 내/외국인 학부생

ㅇ모집 인원: 13명 내외

ㅇ활동 기간: 2020년 3월~2021년 2월                    

ㅇ활동부서: 기획/운영/홍보 중 택 1

ㅇ활동 혜택

 - 장학금(학기당 최대 170만원) 또는 봉사시간

 - 활동 단복, 임명장 및 활동 증명서

ㅇ활동 내용

 - 행사 기획 및 진행

 - 버디 프로그램, 공과대학 행사 참여

 - 홍보물 제작 및 SNS 관리

HISA (HYCE International Student Ambassador) is a public relations ambassador who helps international students at Hanyang College of Engineering adapt to university life better. Please give us lots of support and interest. We will be waiting for your application.

ㅇApplication period: Nov. 18 (Mon.) ~ Nov. 29 (Fri) midnight

ㅇEligibility: Undergraduate students from Hanyang College of Engineering(International Students Included)

※ Chinese speakers, Photoshop or Illustrator users are preferred

※ 13 students will be selected and assigned to one of the departments below.

 - Operation/Planning/Public Relations

ㅇTerm: March 2020 - February 2021.

ㅇBenefits

 - Scholarship (maximum 1.7 million won/semester) or Service Hours

 - Uniform, Letter of appointment and Certificate of activity

ㅇ About the Job

 - Planning and hosting various events

 - Participate in Buddy Program, HYCE events

 - Create promotional contents & Manage SNS

<汉阳大学工科大国际宣传大使（HISA)3期募集。>

HISA（HYCE International Student Ambassador)是帮助汉阳大学工科留学生们能在学校更好的宣传大使。请多多关心和支持。

ㅇ募集时间：11月18日（周一）-11月29日(周五）

ㅇ募集对象：2020年可以参与活动的韩国学生或外国学生

 运行部，计划部，宣传部 总共13名左右进行募集（会用中文，PS，Ai的学生优先募集）

ㅇ活动时间：2020年3月-2021年2月

ㅇ活动优惠：奖学金（每学期最多170万）及社会奉献时间

 活动服装，任命状及活动证明书

ㅇ活动内容：多样的活动计划及运营

 伙伴计划，工科活动参与

ㅇ选拔方法：资料接收-小组面试12月3-5日
